Hobbywing Xerun 3656 4-Pole Sensored Brushless Motor (4700kV)
Bought this motor in the HW combo that included the SCT-PRO ESC. I cannot stress enough how good this can really is! The motor runs flawlessly on my SCTE 2.0. It is ridiculous quick with more power than anyone really needs for small/medium technical tracks, but down the straits, burn baby burn! I have yet to lose a drag race with any other motor set, including the high$$$ tekins. Another awesome factor is how cool the motor tends to stay, even on hot days. The only thing to be weary of is the fact the 4700 likes the juice! I recommend at least a 5800mah battery with a high C rate. I personally run protek 100C 2S packs and have had nothing but good luck. Efficiency issues also can obviously be negated by setting the timing at 1 and lowering your punch settings. You likely will not need anything more than what it offers on minimum settings! Keep in mind that depending on your particular vehicle, this motor needs close attention to gearing range. I found that with the lighter weight of the SCTE 2.0 I was under geared with the 15t pinion and was red-lining to long down the straits and getting excessive front tire ballooning which caused more heat and excessive amp draw. I suggest going with a 16-17t pinion to smooth things out. On a Tekno the 15t pinion might be the right answer however since it is considerably heavier. Long story short, you likely won't find a better motor for or even over the cost of this one and will not be disappointed!

Hobbywing Xerun 3656 4-Pole Sensored Brushless Motor (4700kV)
Bought this motor for my SCT410.3 pair with orion r10.1 what a beast with 14 pinion. I've been running 4.5T orion motor 550 but this motor is more faster than my previous motor.

Hobbywing Xerun 3656 4-Pole Sensored Brushless Motor (4700kV)
Good motor, lots of power! Running this in a SCT410.3 and it's got plenty of grunt and top end. Better bang for your buck compared to other similar motors as is often the case with Hobbywing products. Only thing I don't like on this motor is the solder posts, they just aren't as good compared to others. Considering the cost of this motor, I can live with the weird solder posts.
