This is a 3oz can of fluorescent yellow polycarbonate spray paint from Tamiya. These spray paints were developed especially for decorating transparent polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies used in R/C car modeling. Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is the appropriate amount for finishing a model. Small detail work should be brush painted beforehand using Tamiya bottle paints for polycarbonate. Paint the body from the inside, keeping the can about 30cm from the surface. After curing, apply another coat. These paints are impervious to oil and fuels, so they can be safely used on gas-powered R/C bodies. Never use these paints on plastic models.

Tamiya PS-27 Fluorescent Yellow Lexan Spray Paint (3oz)
Tamiya paints have consistently been my favorite for painting RC bodies. I've tried all the other brands and Tamiya's are the most consistent and smooth. I use this fluorescent yellow quite a bit, it works great. If you want a fluorescent look you don't need to put tons of coats on, just enough to evenly cover the inside of the body. It is transparent so it will not, nor should it look thick when applied. After evenly coating the surface you then spray a layer (not too thick) of white to "back" the fluorescent color which will make it "pop". 1 light coat of this fluorescent yellow backed by 1 light coat of white, your paint should last long enough to paint several bodies whether 1/8th or 1/10th scale.
Recommendations:
1) Clean body prior to painting by running under the sink w/ warm water and dish soap.
2) Let air dry completely (DO NOT WIPE DRY).
3) Paint thin light coats as opposed to thick coats. The paint will bond much better if painted in several light coats.
4) Paint when air is not too humid and temperature is above about 55 degrees. 65 - 75 is much better temperature to paint at.

Tamiya PS-27 Fluorescent Yellow Lexan Spray Paint (3oz)
Good paint. I got it to do a black and yellow paint job on my Guardian body. The paint seemed to be more of a green base to it. Truck looks good but not the effect i was going for.

Tamiya PS-27 Fluorescent Yellow Lexan Spray Paint (3oz)
I bought this exact can in a hobby shop in Houston. I absolutely loved the color and the quality of the paint. The only issue was that one can wasn't quite enough to cover what I wanted on my 1/8 buggy. I do paint in several light layers, but still, I was a little disappointing when I ran out of paint.
