This is the SwitchGlo PushGlo Push-button Onboard Glow Driver/Igniter, featuring an Alligator pigtail connection. The PushGlo shares many of the same microprocessor based features as the revolutionary SwitchGlo Pro, such as: selectable glow time, audible “know when you glow” buzzer, spent glow plug detection, auto compatibility with 4 to 9 volt RX battery source, accessory port for optional LED and push button extender modules.

PushGlo is a true plug and play device. Simply plug or Y-adapt the power cable into a receiver channel, attach the glow cable onto your glow plug, fix the ground wire to the engine mounting bolt for grounding, and push the button for 12 seconds of glow. Each additional push adds 12 seconds of glow for up to 60 seconds of continuous glow. Terminate an extended glow by pressing the button down for 2 seconds.

For a few extra dollars over a conventional glow igniter, PushGlo provides all these features and a load of convenience you never thought possible! Imagine one less clunky, troublesome, battery operated item to carry around. Lose that NiMH powered igniter and start glowing smarter with the PushGlo!

  • 4V to 9V Input
  • Optimal Adaptive glow, at any volt
  • Audible Indicator
  • Spent Glow Plug Alert
  • Selectable Glow Time
  • No batteries or re-charging
  • Easy Install and maintenance free

Like this , but this is my third one because they don't like dirt and nitro cleaner. Do your best to seal it better than the manufacturer did. I use liquid wire insulator. It IS cool not to have to use the igniter which always seem to be dis-charged.

I got this system at Ihobby 2010 after my traxxas EZ start system broke and it works BETTER than the EZ start. Plus you don't need to carry a ignitor around.
