The Samix SCX10 II Aluminum Drivershaft Cup Set is a precision machined drivetrain option for your SCX10 II RTR. Available with a black, grey or green finish, these driveshaft cups are stronger and will not deform under load like the stock plastic parts. They feature an etched logo with a smooth surface finish that will give your truck a custom look that cannot be matched by the stock parts. Package includes four driveshaft cups, enough to complete one truck.

NOTE: These are only compatible with the SCX10 II RTR (AXI90047), and will not work with the truck SCX10 II Kit (AXI90046).

Samix SCX10 II Aluminum Drivershaft Cups (Black) (4) (RTR Transmission)
Sigh... Like everything else in the world of RC you need two of these kits to do both output shafts of the transmission. WHY???!??! Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier for the customer and the company? With less packaging, less space on shelves and racks, easier stock management and less opportunity to mess up on the customers end if everything was in one bag. All I know is this kind of stuff is extremely discouraging to newbs like myself.

Samix SCX10 II Aluminum Drivershaft Cups (Black) (4) (RTR Transmission)
I purchased these for my scx10-2 2017 CRC rubicon RTR. This kit needs 2 of the thinner cups like the one in the fore ground in the picture with the u-cuts in it and made out of the thinner material. I couldn’t get the thicker one to mount on the drive shaft for the front shaft at the transmission. The pin that’s keys the shaft to the transmission would not line up. I had to use the stock cup to finish installation.
