Meet the accomplishment, with Racing Edition (RE1). Coming up with a unique design that is ahead of the RC Drone Racing technology curve was not easy, and after many hours of development within the RE1 system you are not only getting a F4 based flight controller, but you are also getting a fully integrated On-Screen-Display (OSD). RE1 is all about performance, and keeping corner cutting to a minimum. Along with the high end processor, OSD, you are also receiving the highest end sensors on the board all equipped on a standard 30.5mm x 30.5mm board.
BrainFPV RE1 has an integrated full-graphic On-Screen Display (OSD). Having the OSD in the flight controller also saves you from the hassle of using a separate OSD, so you can keep your build clean and simple. Our OSD is fully configurable using the dRonin configuration software and also includes a menu to easily change settings in the field.
This is not your old character-based OSD, it has advanced features, such as 3D support when used with a 3D camera (e.g. NerdCam3D Mk.2).
Betaflight Support - October 2016
The developers of the popular Betaflight software, and BrainFPV have now released official Betaflight support as of late October 2016! Integrated OSD is supported within Betaflight, BLHeli Passthrough, making the RE1 Flight Controller one of the best choices within the industry.
