The Kyosho Inferno GT2 Race Spec Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 2018 is powered by the fuel-efficient and user-friendly KE25 engine and has been tuned up to deliver speeds over 40 mph (70km/h). While keeping all the main chassis components unchanged, the adoption of the front CG type radio box from the MP9 uses optimal weight balance to increase grip and improve overall running performance. The included Syncro 2.4GHz KT-331P transmitter automatically manages frequency bands and features LCD screen, jog dials, model selection (up to 15), endpoint adjustment, dual-rate and exponential settings. Powerful servos deliver both high-torque and high-speed for superior control. Packaged as a Readyset, you can enjoy the power and performance of this big machine as soon as you buy it.

Kyosho Inferno GT2 Race Spec Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 2018
Oh Yea. It is perfectly set up to drift right out of the box.
I love the nitro stuff. The smell, the sound. The KE25 is a favorite of mine. Have 4 other platforms running this exact engine. From monster to buggy to truck to rally an all around great power plant. Plated header and pipe make a nice ring just above idle; sounds great even on the new/rich setting. After about 20 pulls the cord knot slipped thru the T handle and popped inside the mechanism. (That’s a first!) I used a Kyosho starter box from a buggy and had it running within hours of delivery!!!
Simply removing 4 phillips head screws frees the engine without loosing any adjustments. 3 tiny phillips screws hold the pull starter to the backplate. 1 wind of the cord restored the tension, I fed the cord back thru the slider, the rubber rebounder and the T handle, tied a larger knot, cauterized the knot with flame and repaired the pull starter faster than it ook me to write this review...
The action: Breaking in nitro motors is fun, sputtering richness helps the parts mate and this makes a long-lasting motor. I did not expect to be able to fully drift this on hot pavement on a hot, muggy day in August but it drifts @ 1/4 throttle no problem. It shifted into 2nd gear a couple of times by the time I had reached 1/2 a fuel tank and ran until there wasn’t a single drop of 20% Byron RC Race fuel left. Very stoked I even hit a small pot hole while drifting that caused the slowest, nicest rollover in my life - barely even scratched the lid! Landed back on the rubber and tore-off without a hiccup.
I did have to adjust the left front wheel a few degrees toe-in and the quick-fix to the pull-starter but that’s nothing compared to the smiles the Dodge Demon brings to this 54 year old kids face. And anyone who gets to watch!
I have 1/16 scale Kyosho Nitro ST and Buggy, too many 1/10th scale Traxxas to mention. I own and run Thunder Tiger Rally , Ofna Monster and Kyosho 1/8 scale stuff. I even have a 1/9 scale Traxxas XO 1 electric but this GT-2 drifts better than all of them, period!
They really stepped it up and made a unique and cool car I will rip up, roll on and cherish for decades. The 1/16 scale cars are already 10 years old and my oldest e-maxx is pushing 15; yet they all run like new! Cheers and thanks for reading my review of the Kyosho GT2 Nitro Dodge Challenger SRT Demon.

Kyosho Inferno GT2 Race Spec Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 2018
Outstanding nice car but They have grease in the differentials which I can get along with on changing the grease out to fluids, next they should have painted the body it's mostly decals. They have no sway bars, besides that it is a really nice car. The transmitter is of good quality but hard to understand so yeah I would recommend this car to anyone. I am hoping that they will come out with a clear Demon body so I can paint one up the way it should be.. I just finished tuning this beast up and yeah worth the purchase, and a few small cliches with the two speed transmission that the clutch was too tight this is an awesome running car fast quick I am VERY HAPPY with it...Kyosho you done a great job, but GET US SOME DODGE BODIES either HELLCAT or A DEMON BODIES.....
