This is the HPI 8x11x44mm Super Heavy Duty Axle Set. These parts are included as stock equipment with the Savage Flux and XL trucks, but are an excellent upgrade for the rest of the Savage family of vehicles when combined with the "Super Heavy Duty" Driveshafts. These stub axles are installed in the  axle carriers and are supported by the bearings in the carriers. The dog bones are installed between the differential out drives and stub axles, and are used to transfer the power from the driveshaft to the wheel.
