This is the Futaba 14SGH 2.4GHz FASSTest Helicopter Radio System, with an included R7008SB Receiver. This is the Mode 2 Helicopter version; the left stick controls throttle and rudder and the right stick controls elevator and ailerons, and will default to heli settings when powered up.

The 14SGH has all the functions a pilot wants, including flybarless gyro support, S.Bus programmability, Telemetry, FASSTest technology and more! The 14SGH is the only 14-channel system with Futaba's revolutionary 2.4GHz FASSTest technology, and is also compatible with Futaba FASST and S-FHSS protocols, so you can fly with virtually any 2.4GHz air receiver Futaba produces!

Additionally, the 14SGH can transmit and receive telemetry data! Just install Futaba telemetry sensors (sold separately) to monitor flight data, receive alerts while in flight and more. Heli pilots will prefer the 14SGH's 3-axis gyro support — which makes the 14SGH the perfect system for flybarless flight! The innovations don't stop there. Thank you for the opportunity to provide my input. I purchased this transmitter on a Thursday dated January 16, 2020 during early evening hours via your webpage under order number 4634648. I have to mention that I do not permanently live in the United States, however, since I am a professional pilot, I travel very often there and Richmond, Virginia is a regular destination. (delivery location of this order) Taking advantage of the short time frame I was planning on staying in the US, I had payed an express delivery (UPS next day air service US$75.99) for this location. The estimated delivery was dated January 18, a Saturday which was actually two days after the order was placed. The delivery date was not accomplished, because I received the package on Monday January 20, during morning hours just minutes before my departure from Richmond.

I want to make clear, I had not received any explanation about the delayed delivery and/or a discount for the shipping charges. On a previous order, I had purchased a small electric helicopter model Align T-Rex 150x GRS BTF combo with order number 4469522, for which I especially purchased the Futaba 14SG Heli transmitter, besides my intention to upgrade my Futaba equipments for other models as well. When I received the package from UPS, I could not help to notice that the Futaba box (not the UPS box) was not sealed and poorly isolated within the UPS box, there was not enough cushioning or bubble wrap, which was something I expected to find due to the fragility or sensitivity of the electronics. When I tried to bind the helicopter following the steps from Align and using the iOS (iPhone and iPad) application, nothing successfully worked.

I called your customer support phone number to seek help to troubleshoot the problem, and I was very kindly assisted by John Brown, who after many attempts, requested that I send back both the transmitter and the helicopter, so troubleshooting could be best accomplished directly at your facilities. I have sent the package via UPS ground labeled with the return label sent to my attention, under tracking number: 1Z1Y697W9097446222. All is expected to arrive on Wednesday January 29, 2020. As a last favor, I requested on the attached letter, that I be notified before everything is ready to be sent back to me, so I can provide the address of my next travel destination in the United States, to be able to receive it personally.
