A highly scaled, lightweight, and easy-to-assemble warbird, the FMS P-47 Razorback 'Bonnie' 1500mm adds a slew of innovations to a proven platform. Based on the original 1400mm P-47, the 1500mm model features a 99% scaled control surface, landing gear cover, cockpit interiors, plastic cowling, gun turrets, retracted landing gear, and panel lines.

The plane's original oil paint has been replaced by the latest environmentally-friendly, water-based paint designed to protect its foam parts under any condition. It's built with a lighter and larger EPO 52 foam, making the plane lighter, giving it impressive flight performance without weakening the airplane's strength. The new CNC-processed shock-absorbed front landing gear helps to withstand those less-than-perfect landings. The control horn now adopts the new ball link design which results in a more dialed-in flight experience. The new 4258 KV 650 motor, coupled with the high quality Predator 70A ESC, completes a stronger, more powerful system. All servos are now metal gear digital servos. Plus, this 1500mm P-47 adopts the latest 2016 FMS electric retract, which upgrades appearance and performance.

FMS P-47 Razorback Warbird Plug-N-Play Airplane (Bonnie) (1500mm)
Though am waiting for the FMS 1500mm Thunderbolt Razorback to come in I had ordered a airframe and put an Eflite E60/470kv
It flys like a pussycat best flying plane yet.Order one today you will not disappointed.Changed out the motor and Esc it screams at over a 100mph.
I read the 1 star review and I put in the stock retracts and the rear one no problem every thing works great.Though I have ordered other rc stuff from Amain hobbies and have not had an issue.Amain hobbies should give you a complete refund or send you a new plane.

FMS P-47 Razorback Warbird Plug-N-Play Airplane (Bonnie) (1500mm)
Well, I'm going to have to give this product a zero. The ONLY reason it has one star is that I can't give it NO stars! It has been nothing but a hassle and trouble and pain since the day I unboxed it.

I ordered this FMS P47D Razorback 1500mm on April 2, 2020. I unboxed it in anticipation of assembling it quickly. No way!

The first thing I noticed was the gear strut (not main gear door) was warped. I called and waited FOREVER for a support person to answer the phone. I chatted with several people online. The recommendation was to return the plane. I had already disposed of the packaging and removed the stock decals at that point. I assumed it was unreturnable at that point.

Finally, I gave up and bought a complete landing gear set in order to replace the warped gear door. Then I began to assemble the kit. I got to the point that I inserted the battery and the ESC was DEAD. Not a beep. So I called support and they reluctantly agreed to send a replacement ESC. A Flitetest 80amp. Got that and powered up the plane.

The Gear simply does not work correctly. The tail wheel catches on the gear door. The main gear doors do not sequence at all. They opened up when I first plugged in the battery, and they haven't worked correctly since. I don't know whether it's the gear, a servo or the sequencer. I don't know how to troubleshoot it. Additionally, one of the screws that attach the main gear to the wing is missing! Unreal!

It appears likely to me that this plane was either returned and resold or had been stored in a harsh environment for a long period of time.

I cannot get anyone on the phone. I don't know if I can return the plane or not. I've thrown away the box and styrofoam packaging.

It appears likely to me that this plane was either returned or had been stored in a harsh environment for a long period of time.

You should know that I'm unbelievably upset and dissatisfied with this airplane. Suffice it to say, that if you guys can't do something to make this right, I'll be terribly unhappy.
