EMAX GT2215/09 1180kV Brushless Motor
Great motor, used it for an FT Spitfire and an FT Mustang and I was never disappointed. Definitely has the right amount of power for any of the Flite Test standard kits. Just note if you want to use 4S go for the Flite Test radial 2218B, but otherwise, this is a great choice that I would recommend to anybody.

EMAX GT2215/09 1180kV Brushless Motor
Great motor, however don’t be like me and put a hole in your battery. I mounted my prop using the adapter plate leaving the shaft pointing rearward in my plane. After a hard nose down crash I found my battery had come loose and impaled itself on the shaft. Now I need to either build a buffer around the shaft or trim it off.

the motor itself is great but the wires are horrible the bullet connectors fell off, and I couldn't solder them back on because of the material the wires are made out of. so I had to use crimp splicers and they don't work all that well.
