Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
i have had the big red for a little over 3 months now... it has been a great engine. easy tune... idle is a little higher when it gets hot...plenty of power. low end great. and mid to top end i havent noticed any decrease in performance... it is fast and sounds great. love it.

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
This engine is quite good for the money. $150 is too steep though. I got mine back when it was more like $130. The engine breaks in and tunes easily like most SH engines. I have it in my LST2. It probably has a gallon on it, if not a tad less. From what I have seen so far, it has slightly less power than an LRP Spec 3 - especially mid-to-top, but on the other hand seems to drink a bit less fuel. Not sure on the fuel bit, but it kind of seems like it. Pretty sure though the LRP Spec 3 - with more ports - has more oomph. Nevertheles, for the price (when it's around $135) it's a good, low-hassle, reliable, and plenty powerful budget basher MT engine. In a lighter Savage for ex. I'd think it'd be even better. For best power in SH engines btw try an OS A5/#10 plug. The colder plug improves top-end.

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
Put this beast in my old school HPI Savage. It's like a whole new truck! Way more low end power and top end speed than stock. Only drawback is the pull start wouldn't fit the chassis and the spin start stripped all the gears almost immediately. I had to drill and tap some holes for a roto-start it it works flawlessly now. Fairly easy to tune as well. 100% recommend this engine for a nitro monster

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
What a monster...!! good bottom end and mid...Top end isn't on par with the more higher end mills. But WARNING the pull starter broke on the 7th run..luckily it also has a spin start. In short you get what you pay for. peace out.

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
Still kicking ass in 2019. Put this in a Mugen 7r to bash around the track. Runs awesome. You can’t go wrong even for $150. Break in and tune went smooth. Now it just keeps going and going and....

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
Awesome engine! I'm a Revo owner, the TRX3.3 is good, then I had a Picco .26 Maxx which was great, now this one and wow, blows those other engines away, for a Revo size truck this engine belts out so much power you have to up your gear ratio and even then, wow! Really easy to tune, make sure you use a big pipe, well worth the effort to get it to fit... Highly recommended!!

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
I'm still breaking in the engine, but the pull start broke very quickly. I would suggest using a hec shaft starter for it. But overall a great engine at a great price.

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
ive had this engine for about a month or so now . its in my lst2 . tuning is a pain in the as.... once you get it tuned it runs great . break in was easy . ive run almost a gallon through it so far and i dont think its done breaking in yet . its still got too much pinch to use the pull start , wich broke already . while driving it dont like to rev up slowly . if you punch it in my lst2 it does a wheely and will flip over if your not careful lol .

cheep , lots of power for a heavy truck , uses losi roto start

hard to tune , pull start broke already

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
Hands down one of the best nitro motors you could buy! Breaks in easily, has great power, and holds a tune really well! Only downside is the cheesy pull start that doesn't last very long but otherwise this engine is worth the money!

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
I own a couple of these engines. Easy to tune and provides good power especially low end. For a good budget engine, this is my top pick. It pushes my Kyosho Scorpion XXL around very well.

Highly recommended engine for those on a budget.

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
Haven’t installed but looks very well and has great pinch and compression ,think I may use on my XTM xfactor 1/8 th crawler / brasher it’s real heavy and mostly metal I installed a dyn Mach .26 and worked great but pull rope on that engine tiny red fishing line and spin start gears pot metal ,so I bump plated it but this motor seems to be tad better made or at least pull start is ,next the 4.0 hp sh Mack look alike

Dynamite Mach 2 "Big Red" .28 w/Pull Spin Start Combo
