This is a set of Duratrax Posse 1/8 Truggy Tires with 1/2 offset and white wheels. Duratrax Posse tires are mounted on solid white wheels with a 17mm Hex. Sets are sold in pairs and include foam inserts. 

The Posse tires are available in: Soft - C2 compound rubber
