This is the AeroTech Interlock Ignitor Clip, and is intended for use with COPPERHEAD igniters ONLY.

  • Dramatically reduces the possibility of an electrical short that would prevent rocket motor ignition.
  • Designed so that it and the Copperhead Igniter can be used with older two-clip launch controller designs.
NOTE: Do not attach the Interlock igniter clip to the igniter until just before launch after the rocket is on the pad. The weight and motion of the dangling clip can cause the copper foil on the igniter lead to crack and the igniter to fail.
