We will gladly accept your return or exchange of unopened merchandise, in re-sellable condition, within 2 weeks (14) days of the original delivery or pick up date after we issue the required RA (return authorization) number. Due to restrictions placed upon us by product manufacturers, once an item is opened, all issues/questions regarding defective items, product inquiries and product warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer of the item in question. We will be more than happy to assist you contacting the manufacturer.
You can return hobbytown.com purchases only to the HobbyTown® store that you ordered them from. We will give you the option to return the item by coming into the store or by mail. If you choose to return your item to the store, you must bring your packing list or receipt and your photo ID. If you choose to mail your item you will need a Returns Material Authorization number from us. To obtain an RMA number, please contact the store via email or phone. At that time, we will agree upon what course of action will best satisfy your needs. You may choose between an exchange of a like item or refund. If you choose a refund, HobbyTown® reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to return the item will not be reimbursed. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We will pay the return shipping only if the return is a result of our error.
If there is an issue regarding damage due to shipping, please contact the store. If you are missing parts, please call the store to request the parts instead of returning the entire order.
