ProTek RC 370TBL Black Label High Torque Brushless Crawler Servo
The ProTek 370TBL was developed specifically for crawler applications. Heavy 2.2 class rigs, U4 racers, lightweight 1.9 comp builds, and ultra detailed scalers can all benefit from the feature set that the 370TBL delivers. Pushing over 650 oz-in of stump-pulling torque and .13 speed at 7.4V, the 370TBL will move heavy 2.2 tires with ease - no matter how much weight you put in them.
All this power means nothing without durability. By combining this incredible power with a specialized gasket system, the 370TBL is waterproof up to 1-meter and will stand up to anything mother nature can throw at it. A full steel gear train, 25T output shaft and full aluminum machined heat sink case make the 370TBL extremely tough. The 370TBL delivers the excessive power that crawlers demand - with durability and reliability that make it a must have servo for crawlers that expect the most from their rigs.
- During testing, we found that some Tactic receivers included with the SCX10 II RTR do not communicate well with high performance servos, and may not function properly with this servo.
- For best results, and the peak performance, we recommend you power this servo with a BEC.
- If you experience glitching or poor performance while using a Futaba transmitter, you must turn off BLS mode. BLS mode is only compatible with Futaba BLS type servos.

ProTek R/C is an AMain Sports & Hobbies brand.
I bought this when it first came out and that night I used it to push a garden brick across the table. It pushed with such force it actually pushed it away from the servo. I have it in my Beast II and it is a monster. It has been fully submerged in mud and still works like a champ. Will recommend to all my crawling buddies.)
One thing to note: the power lead is WAY too short for the TRX4. You'll either need to flip the receiver box around or buy an extension cable to make it work (I did both).)
After sending my past two ProTek servos back for warranty service within two weeks of receiving them (both 150S servos) you would have thought I'd learned a lesson. When I saw the specs on this servo and the fact is was waterproof I couldn't resist. I ordered one on 1/21/17 and received it a few days later. The servo was completely dead out of the box. I verified this by testing with a known good servo.
AMain was prompt to issue an RMA and I sent the servo back the next day. As I needed a servo for the weekend I ordered a second 370TBL and paid an additional $36.49 for UPS 2nd Day Air. My second 370TBL arrived last night (2/1/17). Upon installing it, it worked flawlessly for less than 30 seconds before it stopped - another servo totally dead. Again, I confirmed this using a known good servo.
I have tried both servos in a Vaterra Ascender with a Holmes BRXL ESC and a Castle BEC set at 7.2v. The main power lead on the ESC has been disconnected going into the receiver so that only the ground and signal wires from the ESC connect to the receiver (as per Holmes and Castle instructions).
All said, I've spent $356.46 for two servos in ONE WEEK that COMBINED have a total of LESS THAN 30 SECONDS of trouble-free operation! The customer support I've received from AMain has been top-notch (as always) and I've had absolutely no issue getting an RMA issued to return both servos. Outside of this I've always enjoyed doing business with AMain, but I feel the ProTek brand of electronics reflects HORRIBLY on their overall great business.
Don't make the same mistake I did - STAY AWAY FROM PROTEK SERVOS!!! This servo is an absolute, unmitigated PIECE OF JUNK!!!)
