Distance between mounting holes same side: 0.43 (11mm) Distance between mounting holes opposite side: 1.2 (31.4mm) Width of crankcase not including mounting flanges: 1 (25.6mm) Width including mounting flanges: 1.5 (39mm) Width including rear adapter (back plate): 1.6 (40mm) Height bottom of crankcase to top of cylinder head: 2.6 (66mm) Height bottom of mounting flanges/top of cylinder head: 2 (50.5mm) Length from backplate to end of crankshaft: 2.7 (68mm) Length from rear of recoil to end of crankshaft: 3.4 (87.8mm) Length from cylinder centerline to front of drive washer: 1.6 (41mm) Length form rear of recoil to front of drive washer: 2.9 (74.8mm) Exhuast port mounting hole centers: 1.1 (27.5mm) Distance from crankshaft centerline to top of head: 2 (50.5mm) Distance/crankshaft centerline to exhaust centerline: 0.98 (25mm) Crankshaft Threads: 5mmx0.8 pitch COMMENTS: O.S. does not recommend running this engine in any salt water environment. Under such conditions, it is difficult to prevent the engine from becoming corroded and eventually inoperable. OS suggests using a 36-40mm diameter prop with 1.2-1.6 pitch. NEEDLE SETTINGS: High Speed Needle: 2 turns OUT from closed position per page 17 of manual. Low Speed Needle (aka: Mixture Control Valve): Rotate the screw until the head is flush with the carb body.
