Procedures and Rules
  1. All participants must pay the appropriate fee and register in the store prior to proceeding to the racing area.
  2. Registration requires the signing of a Liability Release Agreement. Racers under the age of 18 must have an adult sign this Agreement.
  3. All participants receive an identifying label to be worn at all times during the racing or practice session. Labels will indicate classes entered and race date.
  4. All participants and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Violaters will be asked to leave the premises.
  5. All drivers are required to turn marshall the race directly after the race they have just completed. If a driver fails to marshall, a warning will be given by the race operator. Drivers failing to take their turn at marshalling are subject to a penalty. Penalties include, but are not limited to, loss of laps or time for driver's top qualifing race.
  6. All races will start on time. If a driver is not on the track and ready, the race will start without them. You may enter the race at any time after the start of the race. Only the race operator has the ability to delay the start of a race.
  7. Each race will be a defined length of time (Example-5 minutes). There will be a break in between each round of 5 minutes. There will be 15 to 30 minutes between the last heat race and the main races. These times are for track maintenance and drivers to prepare for the next round of racing. There will also be alloted time between qualifying rounds for track maintenance.
  8. There will be 5 drivers in each race (This is subject to change based on the total number of drivers in the class). Qualifying will be based on total number of laps in qualifing time.
  9. Transmitters will be impounded if race operator feels it is necessary to avoid radio problems.
  10. Frequencies will be given to the first person to register if overlaps occur within a class. The race operator will resolve confilicts with the drivers. No individual will have guaranteed frequencies.
  11. During open practice for either dirt or parking lot racing the use of frequency pins will be followed. You must have a frequency pin to be on the track practicing. If you do not have a pin, you will be asked to leave the track and obtain the proper pin.
  12. Car specifications will be at the race operators descretion. RC Pro Series 2007 Rule Book will be used as a guideline for the racing program.
