- We can only ship orders to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs, and US Protectorates using USPS.

- Next Day and Second Day shipping are not available at this time.

Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options
You may change your fulfillment option from shipping to pick up after placing an order. Simply call the HobbyTown USA® store that you placed your order with. The store phone number can be found on the store profile page.
- To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
- To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time.
Canceling Your Shipping Option
To cancel your shipment, call the HobbyTown USA® store where you placed your order within one hour of checkout. Please have your credit card information handy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a shipped order. HobbyTown USA® will not refund the shipping cost once the item has left our store.
